The dinner was held at the World of Little League® Museum, and it led to a new chapter in my life when I was offered a position as a tour guide. This role enabled me to share the inspiring narrative of Little League while deepening my understanding of how baseball and softball positively influence youth across the globe.
Building a career within the organization
My experiences inspired me to take on a full-time role within Little League after completing college. Throughout my career, I have contributed in various capacities, from developing new leagues to managing the Challenger Program and overseeing tournament operations.
