Sean’s journey: from desk job to fitness fanatic

Sean’s transformation began in 2013, when he recognized that his sedentary lifestyle was impacting his health. This realization prompted him to explorefunctional fitness. “I was becoming a desk warrior, and I knew I had to make a change,” he recalls. Since then, he has been unstoppable. The energy of working out with others captivates Sean. “The camaraderie during workouts, the laughter before the WOD, and the encouragement from coaches like Laura have been pivotal in my journey,” he shares.

For over a decade, James has remained engaged with functional fitness. “It’s allowed me to become not just a runner, but a more well-rounded athlete,” he says. His dedication has translated into newfound strength and resilience, enabling him to tackle physical challenges with greater preparedness.
